Ian Davis

Professor Ian Davis is a medical oncologist and is Professor of Medicine and Head of the Eastern Health Clinical School, Monash University and Eastern Health, in Melbourne, Australia.
His primary clinical interests are in urologic cancers, and his primary research interests are in cancer immunology and the biology of urologic cancers. Professor Davis is founder of the Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate Cancer Trials Group Ltd (ANZUP). He is chair of the ANZUP Board and of its Scientific Advisory Committee.
Prof Davis has been involved in over 200 clinical trials, including more than 120 as global or site Principal Investigator, and has led Phase 1 and Phase 2A trials for recombinant hIL-21.
